Every piece of jewellery holds a story. Whether through resizing, polishing, or careful repair, my artisans work with sensitivity and expertise to honour what makes your piece unique. All jewellery repairs -(including Alexandra Khouri creations and other fine jewellery) are subject to assessment. Depending on the age, condition, or structure of the piece, some repairs may not be possible or may not be guaranteed. For this reason, an in-person examination in London, UK is required before confirming feasibility, providing a quotation, and advising on the estimated lead time. Repair quotations are based on the initial assessment and may be adjusted if unforeseen issues arise during the repair process. Should this happen, I will contact you promptly to explain the findings and agree on the next steps before proceeding. All repairs are non-refundable. A 50% deposit is required prior to the commencement of any repair, with the remaining balance payable upon completion.
