Every piece of jewellery holds a story. Whether through resizing, polishing, or careful repair, my artisans work with sensitivity and expertise to honour what makes your piece unique. All jewellery repairs — including Alexandra Khouri creations and other fine jewellery — are subject to assessment. Depending on the age, condition, or structure of the piece, some repairs may not be possible or may not be guaranteed. For this reason, an in-person examination in London, UK is required before confirming feasibility, providing a quotation, and advising on the estimated lead time. Repair quotations are based on the initial assessment and may be adjusted if unforeseen issues arise during the repair process. Should this happen, I will contact you promptly to explain the findings and agree on the next steps before proceeding. All repairs are non-refundable. A 50% deposit is required prior to the commencement of any repair, with the remaining balance payable upon completion.
